2026 Deadlines Extended
Dear colleagues,
Following numerous enquiries from researchers at universities and academies who are eager to join us in Vienna, we have decided to give the scientific community more time to prepare and share its work.
Valuable research and meaningful collaboration take time. These additional weeks will allow more colleagues and teams to bring fresh perspectives to the conversation between science, art and society at Schönbrunn Palace.
To make this possible, the submission and participation deadlines for SWS Vienna ART 2026 have been extended:
- Abstract submission:
15 September 2026→ 26 October 2026 - Workshop and panel proposals:
13 October 2026→ 9 November 2026 - Full paper submission:
20 October 2026→ 16 November 2026 - Registration and payment:
20 October 2026→ 16 November 2026 - Poster materials and prerecorded virtual presentations:
20 November 2026→ 23 November 2026
Early-bird registration and payment remain available through 26 October 2026 (extended from 15 September 2026). The conference takes place on 2–5 December 2026.
