Thank you for your kind willingness to join the Scientific Extended Sessions SWS Vienna ART.
In order to register and confirm your participation for the upcoming event, you have to follow these 4 steps!
- My Profile - STEP 1
Create your Profile. Any time later, you can update all submitted personal data, university, phone and etc.
- My Registration - STEP 2
Make a Registration. From this section you can update your registration data: choose registration type, increase number of papers, change photo and etc.
- My Articles - STEP 3
Upload Article/s. Here you can submit your abstract, upload full papers and/or poster material, choose type of presentation (oral, poster) and thematic section, review paper's status, submit biography data and etc.
- My Payments - STEP 4
Choose type of payment (university/personal) and proceed with an Online payment or request for automatic proform-invoice aiming bank transfer.
- Bank Payment info - please, proceed with this step if you want to generate an automatic invoice-proform for paying via bank transfer to the conference bank account in UniCredit Bank Austria AG;
- Online Payment Info - please, proceed with this step if you want to make an on-line payment (accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and PayPal)
- Cancellation conditions Info
- > Original Invoice document - in this section, you will find the ORIGINAL INVOICE available for download, 7-10 days after the official bank confirmation for the made payment.
